Oak Meadow is in the Northeast Independent School District (NEISD),

• Oak Meadow Elementary School (Distance 0.6 miles)
• Jackson Middle School (Distance 4.1 miles)
• Churchill High School (Distance 2.3 miles)

Hardberger and Eisenhower Parks are close by, and our own Oak Meadow Park is open to all residents. It has picnic tables, play areas, and jungle gyms. The swimming pool and tennis courts are available to paying members of the Oak Meadow Swim Club. 

Nearby shopping includes The Rim, La Cantera, and North Star Mall.  Also, there are many drug stores and specialty shops, plus HEB Alon and Walmart for groceries and more.  Cody Branch  Library and a U.S. Post Office are just a short drive away.

Centrally located in San Antonio, Oak Meadow is just under three miles from Loop 1604 and under five miles from Loop 410. A 15-minute drive to the airport makes travel for business or leisure a breeze. At no more than 25 minutes to drive downtown, it is easy to explore the city or commute to work.
