BECOME A MEMBER OF THE OAK MEADOW HOA

We take great pride in our role as a voluntary Homeowners Association (HOA) dedicated to serving and enhancing our community.   Membership dues are voluntary, only $40 per year and can be paid through the PayHOA website. Another option would be to mail checks to OMHOA, P.O.Box 780744, San Antonio, TX 78278.

PayHOA is the management software that the HOA uses to automate HOA tasks and allow for easy communication with our community.

Annual dues as well as emails are sent via PayHOA.

The HOA board meets on the first Wednesday of each month unless otherwise noted on the calendar.  If you would like to attend a meeting, please reach out to one of the board members or send an email to hoaboard@omhoasatx.org . Once a year, there is a general meeting for all members to vote in new board members, budget and discuss the state of  the neighborhood.

Home covenants protect and enhance the value of properties within our community. They help ensure a consistent and attractive appearance of our homes and common areas, contributing to a well-maintained and welcoming neighborhood.  Home covenants apply to all properties, whether or not the homeowner joins the HOA. Review your covenants, which are listed by street address.

HOA bylaws are the rulebook guiding the operation of the HOA. They clearly define how board members function and ensure accountability, providing transparency and structure for the community.
