2024 HOA Membership

HOA membership dues are just $40 for one year

Residents can log in to their PayHOA account and pay their renewal invoice using a credit card. Or mail in a check to OMHOA 14330 Vantage Hill, San Antonio, Texas 78231

In October, block captains will be canvassing the neighborhood and knocking on doors to collect dues so you can also pass on your check or cash at that time.

Block Captains Needed

The Oak Meadow HOA utilizes volunteer Block Captains to assist with keeping our members informed, canvassing neighbors

during our annual October in-person membership campaign and assisting with Neighbor Night Out. We are looking

for new volunteers to join the current Block Captains!

If you like to visit with your neighbors, don't mind knocking on doors to say welcome/join the HOA. and organize

neighborhood get-togethers, then you would be perfect as a Block Captain!

General Functions of Block Captain

Introduce themselves to new neighbors as the block captain and notify OM Women's Club of the new neighbors so a Welcome Packet can be delivered
Attend yearly training session which will be held prior to the Fall HOA Membership Drive
Canvas their assigned street/non-HOA member homes during-the HOA membership drive-to share benefits of HOA membership and collect dues. The new PayHOA platform has enabled online membership payments SO the actual number of houses you need to visit on your street is much smaller!
Assist/attend your street with Neighbor Night Out get-togethers and introduce/reinforce your r0le as Block Captain
